Every one that has Wellpoint needs to go to http://www.hhs.gov/ocr/privacy/hipaa/complaints/index.html and submit a complaint for violation of HIPAA. I believe that the max award is $11,000 per person and that is what a doctors office would have brought against the if they gave away this info.
Thats what I was thinking you are not being picked up on the fly you are scheduling to be picked up in the very near future. Flagging down a limo for a ride would be a violation though.
One company should create a program that is used as a pass through for "to transmit voice, images, data, content based services, e-commerce, as well as other services provided through applications."
Get that application and have all other programs send there data to and through that, leaving the part of the program that the law applies to out of the program.
"We value the skill, love, and time that our artists have put into making their records. And we feel that our work too, in promotion and distribution, is also valuable and worthwhile.
We also feel like the work that our artists produce is worth more than a cost of a latte so give Sufjan's new CD a taste over at Amazon."
Just add in a phrase to the agreement that any country's law supersedes the ACTA when there is a disagreement. That would do just as it will render the ACTA as useless as it actually is.
I some what agree with you on the issue of estate tax. First it in not double taxation it extends to triple taxation. Company gets taxed on what it sells you get taxed for your income on selling the items then the estate tax gets your family when receiving your taxed money then they also get taxed when using it to purchase items.
I do think that an estate tax is some what necessary I was pushing for adjusting the estate tax in Kentucky with the the help of Kentuckians for the Commonwealth. We still have the law on the books but the rate is based on a federal number that is now 0. What they were pushing would have only effected about 100 families in KY a year and only applied the estate tax to individuals whom were to receive over $5,000,000 in assets. That would have helped makeup for some of the states money troubles that usually result in a cut to funding of schools.
The reason that the ban might not make sense is that in times on a housing market slump it could be good to have the fees. Before you go off on me the reason that it could be good is the developer can sell the house at a lower price and include this fee to make up the difference. So to make it easier to sell a $200,000 house they could take $20,000 off the price and have a fee of %10 of the selling price so if the house sells for its original price of $200,000 the fee would be $20,000.
Now in that situation it would be reasonable and work where the ban should come in is to restrict how far out the fees can apply. The fee should only be allowed to apply to the original purchaser and end there also the fee should be explicit and upfront.
So Google should just disable the suggestion feature for google.fr and place at the top of searches and the homepage "Missing features? Find out why." Or just set the default to no suggestions and have the user decide to turn it on with a notification on the page that it is the users decision to turn on and we are not liable for suggestions...
The creator binds them self by a contract under CC that they must uphold and any one who perticipates is to be bound by the implied contract therein. If the creator tries to sue someone who uses the work in a way that agrees with CC then the creator opens them self to a possible lawsuit due to breach of contract.
I know in the US at least that public meetings such as City council or even university Student government is to have the minutes recorded and available to the public. If the meeting is recorded the recordings must be retained or at least a transcript of the recording not doing so is illegal.
