Well, while it was me who first questioned the authenticity of Lutz's signature, I'm not so sure now. Here is another sample, and this one was signed by Lutz for sure: I communicated with the notary: she does not know Lutz, he just walked in, showed his ID and got his signature notarized.
It may be a different (and more plausible) theory: due to his dependency on "recreation," Lutz's level of sobriety is very volatile, hence his signature is inconsistent.

It is worth noting the Popehat post and the discussion thread: people did some investigation and there are credible concerns of possible Prenda-like fraud: fake photographs, shell companies, etc.

beyond promoting interest in those same songs.
There is a dimension (almost off-topic) that only non-native speakers would understand. In late 70s rock music hit me upon the head (in a good sense): it was something unspokenly magic. With the words I did not understand, but it did not matter. When I finally started understanding the lyrics... well... not all, but a sizable portion was an utter disappointment.

As someone noticed on Twitter, it seems that "plaintiff" Flint Million is desperately trying to create artificial online presence. Zero contacts, seriously?

I don't know what to make of it, but Flint Million's relative (according to public databases) is Maureen Ellen Toonkel, who just happens to be a Rehabilitation Counselor for the Disabled in Minnesota. Have no idea if she is involved or not, just found this fact curious.

You'd think Hansmeier would be busy trying to defend all of the cases he's been losing where he owes attorneys' fees for his copyright trolling efforts, but apparently he just can't stop filing questionable lawsuits.
I was wondering too: whether he delusionally continues to believe in his superior intellect and its ability to make easy money, or he finally started thinking about raising some funds for the inevitable criminal defense.
The Court further concludes that, once all of the ill-gotten gains are fully disgorged from AF Holdings, it would not be a wise use of the Court’s limited resources to sua sponte attempt to fully untangle the relationship between ansmeier, Steele, Duffy, Dugas, Lutz and Prenda Law, on the one hand—and the Plaintiff, AF Holdings, LLC., on the other. Such investigation can more effectively be conducted by federal and state law enforcement at the direction of the United States Attorney, the Minnesota Attorney General and the Boards of Professional Responsibility in the jurisdictions where the attorneys involved in this apparent scheme are licensed to practice law.

I suggested that Hansmeier could sue courts: many of them don't run OCR on scanned PDFs, thus making those documents inaccessible for the blind. I was pointed out that suing government is not lucrative, as all plaintiff could get is an injunctive relief. I still think it is a good idea and expect our big league noble man to do it: justice is all he needs, doesn't he? Money is a secondary, less important issue.

You know what? We must prohibit high-wattage bulbs. I bought one and now I see all the dust, dirt and cobwebs in the corners. I swear my room was neatly clean when I used a single 25W bulb.
...yes, these dirtbags are THAT greedy: a local court ordered them to pay only $1,300 to Charter, and they failed to pay even that. Charter moves for sanctions.

Looks like a pure art of trolling, sides/views are subordinate to it.
