Americans Officially Like Email More than Phone Calls

Just a quick note on a recent study that shows that many Americans prefer email to snail mail and phone calls. I don't think this is a big surprise at all, but I think it's the first study I remember seeing that explicitly says that. Also noted in the study was that 75% of email users receive personal emails at work.
