Perfumania To Become E-Commerce Holding Company

This one is somewhat funny. My read is that with the sudden drop in e-commerce valuations Perfumania is finally realizing it can't actually be a successful business. Thus, they are now a holding company who will invest in other e-commerce companies bringing their substantial e-commerce experience with them.
