More Dot Com Super Bowl Recap

So last week, we had USA Today looking at all the dot come Super Bowl advertisers and now Salon takes their stab. Salon's article is more in depth, and goes and talks with a bunch of the companies that spent all that venture capital money on a few 30 second spots. It's interesting to hear their responses, which all run along the lines of "we did the right thing". It's just a little scary how all these companies think alike and say exactly the same things. One tidbit in the article was a survey that asked people about the commercials they saw during the Super Bowl. Most don't remember any of the dot com ads. Talk about brand building...
