Email Marketing Backlash

A good article in Business Week which suggests that dot coms are about to over use email marketing and it's only going to piss off people more than they can imagine. This is probably true. I think as dot com companies get more and more desperate they're going to try to force things, and go overboard trying to get customers to buy stuff. The way they'll do that is with email. In many cases it's going to backfire, because a pissed off customer isn't going to be happy about giving you money.
