  Establishing a relationship? That's rich!

  Given the sales staff in any car dealership has a churn of 300%, how EXACTLY are you going to establish a relationship with the salesman?
  
  And, after you buy the car, the relationship is NOT with the sales drone, but the repair department.....exactly how does the buying of the car help the repair relationship?
