The US government can't seem to secure its 27 million web pages. Surprise. But more interestingly, the article worries that people who do not have internet skills will be "functionally" illiterate. Personally, I think that's analogous to saying people who can't operate RPN calculators are mathematically challenged. And who came up with the name www.firstgov.gov anyway?
