Business Week has a pretty good article that covers a lot of information about optical networking (from the business side, obviously). It's a pretty interesting topic, so if you were feeling left out, here's a chance to catch up. It seems that prices are dropping rapidly. Now, the question is, when do I get to an optical connection into my home. I certainly wouldn't mind downloading entire movies in 4 seconds flat.
