It isn’t particularly surprising that London has been recognised as the high tech capital of Europe. The appeal of London for foreign workers is huge, a large proportion of the high tech workers here in London consist of foreigners from all over Europe, North America and Asia (something that you wouldn’t see in other large European cities due to their more regional natures).
