It isn�t particularly surprising that London has been recognised as the high tech capital of Europe. The appeal of London for foreign workers is huge, a large proportion of the high tech workers here in London consist of foreigners from all over Europe, North America and Asia (something that you wouldn�t see in other large European cities due to their more regional natures).
