VC Predicts More Failures

Which category does this one go under? Venture Capital? Predictions? Failures? Alan Patricof, the famous venture capitalist, is (not surprisingly) predicting that more dot coms will fail. The surprising part is that he's one of the few people I've seen admit that some of the fault may lay with all of the venture capitalists who were investing without any regard for what they were investing in.
