Looking At Micropayments

A good look at the latest state of micropayments makes it clear that there's a dizzying array of choices that are causing some e-tailers to ignore the whole question altogether. People have been talking about micropayments for ages, and yet they never seem to catch on. Of course, it might help if some of the companies involved could stay in business, but I guess that's too much to ask.
