What do you do if you think you're the hottest brain on the block, but your dot com folded, and you can't find anyone else to hire you? You go back to business school. It's suddenly the popular thing to do. Applications are up somewhat at most business school, and they're expecting them to go even further up. I've known a bunch of people who said they'd never go to business school because it would mean missing out on two years of the infinite runup in the market. Now, they're all talking about how business school is a great way to "wait out" the downturn. Maybe I should go get a PhD...
