How The FBI Caught Russian Hackers

In what reads like a spy novel, but which could bring up some very important legal questions, details are coming out about how the FBI caught two Russina hackers who they say are responsible for a number of frauds and blackmailings. The FBI basically set up a front company, and lured the Russian hackers to do some work for them. From there, they recorded the Russians' keystrokes, and used that to access their own computers in Russia - and download the evidence they needed. There are definite legal questions concerning whether or not everything the FBI did was legal in pursuing these guys. However, it does show how far the FBI has come in their attempt to battle cyber crime. I can't wait for the book version of the story.
