FBI Was Okay In Arresting Russian Hackers

Following on the spy novel-style story of how the FBI caught two Russian hackers, comes news that a judge has decided that the FBI did nothing wrong in using the data the gathered. The judge points out that the hackers had no expectation of privacy, based on the job that the FBI front had hired them to do - and in fact, they were told that they would be monitored. Of course, they didn't know what they were being monitored for, but apparently that doesn't matter. I'm still waiting to hear who's going to write the book about this case.
