News.com has put together a collection of articles on the always fascinating subject of how Oracle sells their products. There have been articles in the past about this as well, and they're always interesting. Basically, these are the type of folks who give salespeople a bad name. They'll say anything to close a deal - and they never get in trouble for it. The people who pay are the customers who overspend for software that doesn't work.
