An amusing little article about how this week is the absolute worst week for tech support people. All those new gadgets come with instruction manuals that no one is reading... So, the calls start coming in and tech support folks have to sort out all the problems. The article acts as a public service reminder to read the directions before you decide your new gadget doesn't work.
