Cyber Courts Go Online In The UK

If you live in the UK and someone owes you less than £100,000, you can now take them to court, virtually. While I can certainly see the benefit of this, I wonder if it will lead to an increase in the number of baseless claims from people who can very easily post a claim while sitting in their pajamas.
