Ricochet In Use Again... Barely

This isn't really great news for ex-ricochet customers, but if you want to sit by the side of Mile High Stadium in Denver as it gets demolished, you might be able to use your ricochet service again. This seems like a particularly useless way of reviving the Ricochet system. Why not just set up an WiFi system if you just need it in such a localized area?
