Supreme Court Won't Hear VoyeurDorm Case

The Supreme Court has said they won't hear the case to see if Tampa's zoning laws can keep VoyeurDorm from operating in a residential area. VoyeurDorm, of course, is the website with streaming video of a house full of "college-age" women. The city of Tampa claims that they're operating a pornographic business in a residential area. The company behind VoyeurDorm says that since it's a web-based business, and no customers actually go to the house it doesn't matter where the hell they are. It seems the Supreme Court agrees with them. It is funny how the Tampa lawyer tries to build up paranoia about this, saying that this "may result in the proliferation of adult entertainment establishments... in residential neighborhoods throughout the country." Run for the hills! Pornographers may be moving in next door!
