Okay, so you've finally realized that sitting in front of a computer all day isn't exactly giving you the excercise necessary to stay in shape... Here's something of a "public service" column from the SJ Merc telling people how useful computers can be in dieting whether it's signing up for a service like eDiets or using a spreadsheet to count calories. Of course, taking thirty minutes a day or so and just getting out and walking around doesn't hurt either.Thank you for reading this Techdirt post.
