Coverage is Key

A new survey by Gartner indicates that enterprises value coverage over every other factor when evaluating wireless services. In fact they ranked coverage more highly that cost. So in a sense, they are willing to pay for it. This is something carriers should pay attention too especially in light of their current focus on data. If they can't provide decent voice coverage, how can they expect an enterprise to trust them with data?
