Fighting Churn
Churn is a big problem for carriers and it's not going to get any better. To help fight churn carriers are revamping their crm systems to better serve customers and win on service. But even so, carriers need to change their priorities and focus more on retention and less on new customer acquisition.Thank you for reading this Techdirt post.
