Wi-Fi Is An Opportunity For Carriers

Carriers around the world seem to be coming around to the idea that Wi-Fi is an opportunity not a threat. Swisscom Mobile the is the latest wireless carrier to announce that they will offer Wi-Fi access to their GSM subscribers. Details are slim but subscribers will be able to have Wi-Fi access billed to their existing GSM accounts.
