Mark writes "The Register has a story about the Gartner/US Navy "Cyberwar" simlation. The Gartner Group has their own page about it as well. This fits nicely with the article posted earlier and says what many of us suspected: people can cause irritation and mayhem, but not very much of it and not for very long. Darn, and I was getting all set to break out my Mad Max outfit and cruise the post-apocalytic highways!"
