Parents Struggling To Monitor Children's Use Of The Internet

Here's an article looking at a study in the UK saying that parents are struggling with how to monitor their childrens' use of the internet. Many want a clearly labeled system, like movies use, that would (it seems) force sites to indicate what level their content was designed for. The article itself is a bit biased, as they express absolute shock at the fact 10% of parents didn't think their children needed to be monitored online. While the article doesn't indicate the age of the children in question, I still think that parents who are open and trusting with their kids and teach them how to deal with such things don't necessarily have to worry so much about internet monitoring. For very young children, it might be a different story, but I'm not sure very young children should be surfing alone anyway.
