Keeping Tabs: A Two-Way Street

Having recently posted two stories about people spying on significant others (or, ex-significant others) using GPS equipment, the privacy questions raised by this NY Times story shouldn't be shocking. However, the article looks at some of the positive things that can be done with location-based technology, as well. It's a fairly balanced piece that points out that despite how useful the technology may be for keeping track of young children, or figuring out how to find the nearest gas station, the privacy questions are a big deal.
