Fujitsu, T-Mobile Team Up To Offer Limited Free WiFi

Since very few people are signing up to use T-Mobile's WiFi hotspots, they're trying a new strategy. They've signed a deal with Fujitsu, so that anyone who buys a new Fujitsu laptop can get 2,000 free hours of WiFi access at any T-Mobile hotspot. Basically, it's the AOL "freebie" method of trying to get people hooked. While I'm sure people will use the 2000 free hours, I'm not convinced that too many people will sign up for paid access afterwards - unless T-Mobile drastically changes their pricing scheme. Of course, it also appears that there's plenty of fine-print, and the deal is only good until the end of June. It's unclear if the 2000 free hours are good forever, until the end of June, or something silly like "in a single month".
