RCN Accuses Comcast Of Cutting Off Access

Cable broadband provider RCN is accusing rival Comcast of sending out technicians to cut off cable broadband internet access at the homes of some of RCN's customers. Comcast denies the accusations strongly. The two companies have been fighting for cable broadband subscribers in a number of areas, and RCN says this is just the latest sneaky tactic that Comcast is using.
