Mobile Promos Drop Off McDonald's Menu
We've had a few posts in the past about "mobile spam". It turns out that McDonald's has been experimenting with it, in the UK - sending promo messages to people who have signed up to hear about special deals. However, as part of general marketing cuts, McDonald's has scrapped their mobile spamming program - though they say that shouldn't reflect poorly on the program. They had to cut something, and this was one of the things that went.
