Billing, Service Problems Continue To Plague Wireless Firms
In the latest "study" you probably could guess the results to, PlanetFeedback says that billing and customer service problems still plague wireless carriers. These complaints (surprise, surprise) also lead to negative word-of-mouth between customers. Of course, PlanetFeedback is studying only letters submitted at their site - and people don't (usually) submit letters when they're happy.Thank you for reading this Techdirt post.
