Churches Lure More With Technology

While some religious groups are fighting back against technology, some are realizing that they need to embrace technology to lure people to their gatherings. Some churches in Ohio have been bringing in much larger audiences after installing lots of high tech equipment to spice up the services. Now, the regular service is interspersed with "movie clips, rock music, theatrical lights and giant video screens". The article indicates that some churches are spending upwards of a million dollars to add such "Hollywood" production values to their religious gatherings.Thank you for reading this Techdirt post.
