WiFi Alert! Get Your Helmets On!

For all the talk about security problems holding back WiFi adoption, here's a new fear. The Somerset County Council in the UK is warning its employees not to install WiFi throughout the county's schools and offices until they can check on the radiation safety of the equipment. They're apparently afraid that the WiFi devices are giving off too much radiation, and might lead to mobile-phone-like worries about causing cancer (even though, of course, those claims are questionable as well).
