Legg Mason Concludes The Now-Obvious
Today, Legg Mason released a study concluding that LNP would, in fact, be implemented in the fall. Uhhh... No guff. Folks, you can get your LNP analysis from Legg Mason in July after Verizon breaks ranks, the CTIA gives up, congress stands in favor, and Hillary Clinton makes LNP a household issue, or you could have got it from Techdirt in April or May when we said: "I believe the carriers will test the boundaries to find out exactly where they are, and will learn that the boundary lies somewhere around November 21."
