Mobile Users At A Loss Of Words Over Predictive Text
For most of us who have used T-9 predictive texting to write SMS text messages more quickly, it's a useful shortcut. However, I'd never really considered how confusing it might be. Here's an article from the Middle East talking about how many many people seem to be completely confused by T-9 and want to go back to just keying in every necessary letter on their keypads. Some people sound positively angry about this feature that's supposed to make life easier for them.
