Vigilantes Destroying Mobile Phone Masts
There are plenty of stories about people worried about mobile phone masts being put up in their communities. As much as they like the idea of better mobile phone coverage, they're worried about the potential for health problems. Now, however, it looks like some are taking this to a new level and are actively destroying mobile phone towers. Considering the recent trend has been to "hide" the phone masts by disguising them as trees or building them into church steeples, I'd bet that many more new towers will be similarly "hidden" to avoid having such problems.
