Mobile Phones Still Hot Items For Thieves

Many places have problems with mobile phone theft, and everyone keeps trying to come up with technology solutions that turn a stolen phone into a worthless paperweight. However, it appears those efforts aren't working in Australia where phone theft is continuing a record pace - especially since people have figured out how to re-activate supposedly dead phones. Once again, technology is being used to outfox technology. Let the escalation begin...
