European WiFi Isn't Just Too Pricey, It's Too Complex As Well

Stories about ridiculously expensive WiFi in Europe have appeared all over the place, but on top of that, some analysts are now warning that the pricing plans are too complex as well. Too pricey and too complex? Sounds like a great way to win over skeptical customers. It appears that our friends in Europe still haven't figured out that WiFi is an add-on product that drives business or reduces churn, and isn't a business by itself. Derek: Pricing is too complex?
