More (But Increasingly Annoyed) Mobile Phone Users

A recent Study from Forrester research indicates that ever-increasing numbers of Americans are subscribing to cell phone service, yet as a lot subscribers are also increasingly dissatisfied with service quality. The research indicated that a majority of households have more than once cellular account, and the number of households with 4+ phones grew 57% since last year - a figure that indicates the success of "family plans", which emerged in force for Christmas 2003. As many as 29% of respondents indicated that data services were part of the purchase decision. What I find frustrating is that the Forrester analyst says, "The wireless market continues to defy predictions that it is approaching its saturation point," but if anyone is making predictions about cellular markets reaching the saturation points, it's certainly not us. We believe there is more room for growth than anyone probably expects.
