Students Suing Over Failed Class

I've seen this story a few times already: some students are upset that they failed the MSCE class they took and are so upset they are suing the school. They claim they were told the only prereqs were the ability to point and click, and that just wasn't true. What I found especially interesting though, was the URL that excite used to list this story. "Odd-Students?". Think they're biased? Nah...
