TheGlobe.com's Stock Plunge

TheGlobe.com has discovered that its stock is plunging. News.com attributes this to a planned secondary offering, which has caused a tremendous increase in trading volume. I also note, however, that the stock has been steadily falling, even with its split on Monday. Let's see, the stock falls after a split and after announcing a secondary? This is not acting like an internet stock. How quickly they fall...Thank you for reading this Techdirt post.
