Inktomi Buys Again

Inktomi, continuing to try to be the outsourced provider of, well, anything, has now bought a content management system. While I understand what Inktomi is trying to do, the strategy seems a little bit odd. They are going out and buying all these completely different systems which they'll then outsource. I just wonder about the integration issues.
