Unlocking cancers secrets

Glaxo wellcome trust today announced a joint initiative to probe the human genome by comparing the genomes of those individuals that have developed different types of cancer. This should identify the genes responsible for their condition as well as opening up many opportunities for new biotech products to be produced using this information.
