Qwest Charged with Slamming

Qwest has been charged with illegally signing up customers, or slamming by the FCC. Turns out they have on record about 30 complaints of folks who were switched to Qwest without their approval. Examples include one case of a woman who was switched by her husband's signature, even though she's been a widow for seven years. Not exactly the best way to conduct business.
