It seems that nowadays every company wants to be considered "global". Well, now it seems that even the parent organisation of the nasdaq wants to become a global force. The only thing I have to say about this is you've got to pity those investment bankers, as their going to be getting even less sleep than they do now (working on a 24 hour trading cycle).
