An infusion of $1billion deal for Healtheon/WebMD

Today, a deal valued at about $1billon between Healtheon/WebMD and News Corp. was announced. The deal will involve News Corp. giving this $1billion in a mix of services and cash to Healtheon/WebMD in exchange for a stake in the company and access to the health information and service providers content.
