The law does allow for government service, the question revolves around whether or not he can say a rented home that he owns can be considered a place of residence.
Except this does not correspond to a locked door. It is more the case of a closed door with a doorknob and you turn the knob to get in. Is it still breaking and entering?
If you read the post did you miss the part where the circulation director indicated that his customers were paying more than the product was worth? What part of that do you thinks is a good idea in any business system?
No, people will accept free stuff, they will pay for stuff they want on the basis of what they can afford. I read previews and e copies of my favorite authors. I also own all there books, some in hard copy to support them. If you have limited resources of course you will not want to pay for anything other than what you know you will want. If you cannot or do not want to pay you will still talk up the products you like so people who can and will pay will learn about the product. This is advertising and is in fact worth something as payment. Darkhelmet writes stories, at this point name recognition is in fact worth more than someone paying 20 dollars for a story. The only reason this seems odd is that "it is not how things are done". 20 years from now we will all be wondering what took so long.
So the US government is spending all this time and money trying to prosecute Assange for spreading fiction. I think the proof that the information is true is the fact the government is trying to supress it.
You know we don't give people a driver's license without a test, I the the government should be consistant and require one here also. The fee for test might be more expensive though.
Please tell me how I can find american made goods? Is there a rule saying that goods made outside the country cannot put a made in america label on them? Is there a store out there that sells them?
Meanwhile, a "bit torrent website" is defined is a "website through which illegal copies of movies and television shows are shared and transferred." Note the word "and" that means the site needs to do both simply locating sites that have such material or links to such material does not satisfy the definition. In your definition all computer owners would be guilty of pirating materials because it facilities owners access to such materials.
I like this answer. I have a better hypothetical question, though. If he points to a site that sells stolen watches that are not in fact stolen, but seconds or rejects sold by the manufacturer is anyone guilty of a crime?
They could do that, but the date of filing would remove the " it took eight years for this to be approved" argument. Plus any prior art that showed up in the time that the initial patent was approved would be revelant
The point is that you charge more for added value. Taking away a feature and then charging for it is like raising the price on an by 100 dollars and then advertising it on sale for 100 dollars off. You have added no value and anyone who knows what is going on will know you are ripping them off.
No it is not. Did Assange suddenly become the head of a government? Make secret treaties? Had the ability to supress the information from newpapers? If the information is taken the state would control the release. Try to troll a little better than that.
