You are correct in the summary of results, but you fail to see that it's working exactly as intended. Its purpose has always been to oppress and to move money into certain pockets.
The system selects for labs that produce large amounts of false positives. Accurate and careful labs are at a disadvantage. Police have been caught paying bonuses for positive results.
Don't worry, the drug war has no basis in logic. It's working entirely as intended, as a means of oppressing minorities and the poor, and of funneling tax dollars into certain pockets.
Ok, that's weird. The headline of the first one says the court cleared him, but then at the bottom it says they found him guilty. Oh well, the point of unreasonably delayed trials still stands. Something even more concerning is that three times when the guy refused to plea and insisted on his right to trial, his own attorney (seems to be a different attorney each time) called him crazy and delayed to have his sanity tested.
Wondering if the band would be able to prevent the restaurant from ever opening a location in Australia, as they had the name first in that jurisdiction.
