The AHRA also includes blanket protection from infringement actions for private, non-commercial analog audio copying, and for digital audio copies made with certain kinds of digital audio recording technology.
Soap bubbles are fun, but how hard could it be to make soap bubbles a solid color with some dyes? Apparently, it's non-obvious to those skilled in the art (see US patent 7910531), and simply adding dyes to soap bubble solutions make mostly clear (regular) bubbles with all the dye collecting in a single spot on the bottom of the bubble.
So it's not as easy as simply combining the washing up liquid and the dye before adding the water, the same way my mum's always done it? Who knew?
Was it a "pro-public" move when Governor Chris Christie's staff in New Jersey "removed" the traffic blockades they themselves had put on the George Washington Bridge?
Speaking of which, I always wondered if the blockade was created by Christie simply sitting on the GWB. He sure looks big enough in every photo I've ever seen of him!
Ordinarily, yes. However, with the way trademark law has been abused over the past few decades... Example: "That person can't sell parody versions of our products for dogs, we have tradematrks!"
despite the fact that the Ford and GM CD players do not permit such further copies to be made because they simply cannot download or transmit the files that they store to any other device. Thus, the Ford and GM CD players without SCMS inherently allow less copying than SCMS permits.
Especially if customers are then made to pay more money for extra data to restore their 'unlimited' plans. If those customers are on contracts, can't they sue Verizon for breach?

Maybe because of what I pointed out in response to this article.

Google may be 'the gateway that most choose over Bing' (to quote myself), but that doesn't mean it's the only one.
