Never in the history of technology, has a more important issue been presented. A Nobel Peace Prize should be given to the individual that figures out how to bring me Meximelts, soft tacos, and Mexican Pizza from Taco Bell via drones.

"They steal the vibe, the feeling, the aesthetic, but they don't just copy."
So they steal the vibe, the feeling, the aesthetic, leaving the other artists with no vibes, feelings, or aesthetics? Now that's sad. I'd rather be copied.
"No, but in the same manner that Google blocks sites that are marked as unsafe, a link to a place that you KNOW isn't safe can and should be blocked."
No, actually they will direct you to a page that tells you it may be an attack site but then let you move along if you choose to do so.
Happens with many p0rn sites. Some of which try to launch Fake AV variants, malware, etc, but some that got the blacklist shouldn't have been. Dont care if you approve of p0rn or not, listing my perfectly legal legitimate p0rn site as an attack site when it is not, clearly shows problems with whatever process they use to decide an attack site.
Whole different ballgame than completely removing links from a private conversation.
I guess anytime would be lousy. Its just now I have to take this knowledge home and look at my innocent 3.5 year old daughters eyes knowing that she has no idea whats in store for her future. Hell we dont even know, but from what has been done in the past, looking to the future, it seems bleak, and I believe her generation will see bloodshed over issues that have been fought for before. History is doomed to repeat itself. Only this time, the forces they will face will be much more brutal than anything we have seen in the past. I hope I am wrong.

I have been watching the gov tighten the noose at an accelerated rate since 9/11. It does not appear they are going to stop any time soon. Like most animals, and we are animals, when pushed into a corner, will lash out. Then it will really be over.

"he would have understood that signing with a distributor doesn't mean sudden and instant distribution."
Then why call themselves Distributors? Thats the point of a distributor.

Err.

"His distribution deal is probably" Speculation to make your point.

Her is how that works:
It appears that Anonymous Coward, Mar 27th, 2012 @ 10:17am is probably making up stuff to make his point that this guy is dumb, I suspect.

Oh what bullshit. I used to download software all the time and the only virus/Trojan I ever had was in Exchange 2003.
"it's their stock in trade... virus filled torrent files."
No providing a service is.
AC's, hyperbole, and far fetched ill logic, it's their stock in trade.
